Cardamom pods: 2

Ground red chili pepper: 1 teaspoon

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 1 ½ pound (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Water: ¼ cup

Tomato puree: ½ can

Madras Curry: Method

Take a large skillet and heat oil in it. Keep the flame to medium heat. Add the cardamom pods and cloves. Roast for one to two minutes until they sizzle and leave a pleasant aroma. Add onions in it and fry until the color is light brown. This process can take seven to eight minutes. Some people prefer to cook the onions until deep brown.
